How to make it

  • Preheat the oven to 200C/400F/Gas 6.
  • Season both sides of the salmon fillets and place on lightly greased kitchen foil in a roasting tin;
  • In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese, garlic and lemon zest to taste;
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper and spread the mixture on top of each fillet;
  • Similarly, in a small bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, parmesan and dill and again season to taste;
  • Sprinkle this mixture over the cream cheese one and then sprinkle paprika over the top;
  • Bake in the oven for some 12 to 15 minutes or so or until the salmon is just cooked through;
  • Serve
