- Crust shopping list
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup butter or margarine shopping list
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 to 2 egg (s) shopping list
- 1 cup all purpose flour shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda shopping list
- Filing shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 3 tablespoons sugar shopping list
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract shopping list
- 2 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen (could use apples as well) shopping list
How to make it
- 1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Butter and flour a 9 to 10 inch pie pan.
- 2.In an large bowl cream together the butter and sugar.Add the egg and blend well with an electric mixer or by hand.Combine the flour, baking powder and baking soda.Mix them into the wet ingredients to a form soft dough.Dust fingers with flour and pat the sticky dough into the bottom of the buttered and floured pie pan.Push the dough up to cover the sides of the pan.Refrigerate for at least 2 to 4 hours or as long it takes to make the filling.
- 3.In an medium bowl.Mix all of the "FILLING" ingredients except blueberries until smooth.Pour the filling into the crust.Could ut the blueberries at the bottom.Add on top of the dough.
- 4.Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until the crust is browned and the crust has set.Chill for 6 hours or over night.
