How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350*
  • Sauté brown rice with 2 eggs, stirring constantly over medium heat until mixture is dry
  • Put rice into a deep large baking dish
  • Add water & oil to rice
  • Bake at 350 * for 30 minutes
  • DO NOT STIR
  • DO NOT POKE
  • DO NOT DISTURB
  • Just LOOK at rice after 30 minutes, cover with foil and continue to bake for an additional 30 minutes
