How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375
  • Wash the mushrooms and remove the stems
  • Saute the stems in olive oil
  • Add the mushroom stems to the cream cheese along with the bacon and onion
  • Blend till it is nice and creamy
  • Fill the mushroom caps with the mixture and bake for
  • 12-15 minutes.
  • I have not eaten these, but the people i served them to really enjoyed them.Something quick and easy to make.
