Mushroom Caps

- 2 packages of medium sized mushrooms(227 grams) each shopping list
- 1 package 8 oz. cream cheese shopping list
- 3 slice of bacon, cooked and chopped shopping list
- 1 spring onion, sliced shopping list
- 2 tsp. olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375
- Wash the mushrooms and remove the stems
- Saute the stems in olive oil
- Add the mushroom stems to the cream cheese along with the bacon and onion
- Blend till it is nice and creamy
- Fill the mushroom caps with the mixture and bake for
- 12-15 minutes.
- I have not eaten these, but the people i served them to really enjoyed them.Something quick and easy to make.
