Apricot Rosemary Crackers

- 2 Cups of Oat Flour shopping list
- 2 Tsp of baking soda shopping list
- 1/2 Tsp of Salt shopping list
- 2 Cups of Plain Yogurt shopping list
- 1/2 Cup of Raisins shopping list
- 1/2 Cup of Dried apricots, chopped shopping list
- 1/2 Cup of Pumpkin Seeds shopping list
- 1/2 Cup of Sunflower Seeds shopping list
- 1/4 Cup of Honey shopping list
- 1/4 Cup of brown sugar shopping list
- 1 Tsp of Rosemary shopping list
- 1/4 Cup of Flax Seeds shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients, pour into 2 greased and lined loaf pans. Bake 45 minutes at 350, let cool in pans, then freeze for a few hours. Slice loaf into thin slices. Place on parchment cookie sheet. Bake at 300 for 15 minutes, flip and toast for 10 minutes more.
