How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350*
  • Place crust in large pie plate.
  • Mix together flour and sugar. Add in melted butter, eggs, and bourbon. Fold in pecans and chocolate chips.*
  • Pour into pie crust. Bake for 50-60 minutes. If crust is getting too done, cover with foil.
  • Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
  • *I use half chocolate chips and half butterscotch chips
