Ingredients
  • 6 (8 oz) packages cream cheese (3 pounds)
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 1/2 cup light cream
  • vanilla
  • make graham crust
  • Have all ingredients at room temp.

Directions
  1. Need a tall and big spring form pan greased. Place graham cracker crust on bottom. Pour cake mixture on bottom. Bake 350 for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Leave in oven for 45 minutes to cool. Refrigerate.

  3. Cream cream cheese with sugar add eggs one at time add flour then cream and vanilla.
  4. Do not overmix or mix long.
  5. You never want to mix cheescake long.
  6. She bakes this without a crust as well.
  7. She also varies and bakes it in water.
  8. Sometimes she melts chocolate and mixes it in or marblizes it
  9. you can make this cake how ever you wish.
  10. You can substitue sour cream for the whip cream as well.
