Lemon Squares

This is a hit with my family and friends
Ingredients
- 1 cup all purpose flour shopping list
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened shopping list
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar shopping list
- 2 eggs ... shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 2 to 4 tablespoons lemon juice shopping list
How to make it
- 1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2.In an mixing bowl mix together flour, butuer or margarine and powdered sugar.Mix well.Press evenly in an square pan (8x8x2") and up 1'2" edge.Bake for 20 minutes. 3.In another pan beat the rest of the ingredients together.Pour into the crust and bake for 25 minutes more until their's no imprient remains when touched in the center.Makes 25 squares.
