Scallops In Wine For Crepes

- 2 lbs. scallops shopping list
- 2 c. dry white wine shopping list
- 1/4 c. butter shopping list
- 4 chopped green onions shopping list
- 24 finely sliced mushroom caps shopping list
- 2 T. minced parsley shopping list
- 2 T. flour shopping list
- 2 to 4 T. heavy cream shopping list
How to make it
- Wash scallops well. Soak in milk for 2 hours or so. Simmer in wine about 5 minutes. Drain and reserve liquid. Melt butter and sate onions, mushrooms and parsley. Stir in flour until blended. Add reserved liquid and heavy cream. Add scallops to hot sauce. Place in shallow casserole or individual scallop shells and heat in oven before filling crepes or serving as is.
