How to make it

  • Pile fruit in a prepared 9" pie crust. Beat eggs, add sugar and tapioca and all other ingredients except spices. Pour over fruit and sprinkle with spices. Make lattice pie dough top and paint with egg wash. Bake at 425 for 10 minutes and 350 for 30 to 35 minutes.
