How to make it

  • 1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  • 2. Cream the butter and cheddar cheese.
  • 3. Mix the salt and flour together.
  • 4. Rub the flour mixture into the butter/cheddar mixture with your hands until you can roll it into small balls.
  • 5. Roll the balls into sesame seeds.
  • 6. Bake for 10 minutes.
  • Makes 2 dozen.
