Spicy Macaroni Salad

- 2 cups macaroni shopping list
- 6 hard boiled eggs shopping list
- 10 grape tomatoes shopping list
- 2 tablespoons diced onion shopping list
- 6 stalks of celery shopping list
- 3 mini peppers shopping list
- 2 cups diced cooked chicken shopping list
- Pepper to taste shopping list
- Fresh basil, shredded (I used 4 leaves) shopping list
- Dressing shopping list
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 1/4 cup Vidalia onion tomato dressing shopping list
How to make it
- Boil macaroni until just done. Don't overcook. Drain and set aside.
- Dice eggs, tomatoes, celery, and peppers.
- Grate about 2 tablespoons of onion.
- Shred basil leaves.
- Mix above ingredients, diced cooked chicken, and pepper to taste.
- Combine ingredients for dressing and mix well. Additional mayo can be added if it is too dry. If you prefer more tang, add more vidalia onion tomato dressing.
- Chill for an hour before serving.
