How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  • cook elbow macaroni's according to directions on bag. When done, carefully drain water off mac. Leave macaroni in pan and add butter. (I cut the butter up into smaller chunks to melt faster.)
  • Add cream of chicken soup, then add milk and mix well.
  • stir in shredded sharp cheddar cheese mixing well.
  • Spray a 9 x 13 pan (I used glass), with Olive oil or whatever you have, pour mixture into pan, cover with foil then bake for 20 minutes. Then remove foil and add a little more cheese to top, if you still have some, and bake for another 10 minutes. YUM!
