How to make it

  • Mix flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking powder and salt together in a bowl and set aside.
  • Cream the butter and both sugars together, mix well. Add the eggs, 1 at a time and vanilla and mix well again. Add dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Stir in chocolate chips.
  • Drop slightly heaping Tbs. of dough onto a cookie sheet (I only do 9 per cookie sheet) and bake for about 8-12 minutes or until cookies are almost done**. Take the cookies out of the oven and press in about 3 marshmallows and 3 chocolate pieces per cookie (yes, they will look full) and put back in the oven to bake a few more minutes or until done. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly, then remove to a cooling rack. Enjoy!
  • *The total cook time (the 45 mins.) may vary depending on how many cookies you put on your cookie sheets and how many cookie sheets you put in your oven at a time.
  • **For the first initial cook make sure your cookies are not too raw before adding the marshmallows and the chocolate chunks. Could take a cook of up to 12 minutes. If you cook the marshmallows too long they will melt away completely.
