Bacon Basil Salad Recipe

How to make it

  • Dice bacon and fry until crisp and brown
  • Cook pasta until just tender, but not overdone. Drain, rinse, and set aside to cool.
  • Slice cheese stick lengthwise, then into bite size pieces
  • Cut basil and spinach leaves into pieces.
  • Mix all ingredients together. Add dressing of your choice.
  • Chill until ready to serve.
