How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 300 degrees F
  • Season the short ribs all over with salt and pepper.
  • Then arrange in a 13x9 baking dish
  • Combine all the ingrediants for the BBQ Sauce in a small bowl and stir
  • Pour 1/3 of the sauce over the short ribs. Using tongs flip the ribs over and spoon another 1/3 of the sauce over the top. Reserve the remaining sauce to spoon over the cooked ribs.
  • cover the pan with aluminum foil and raost for 2-1/2 hours.
  • Remove the foil.
  • Spoon the remaining sauce over the meet and cook for 30 more minutes.
  • transfer the ribs to a serving platter.
  • Enjoy!!

    I made these yesterday and they were a hit. That sauce is so good! I used bone-in ribs, and the meat was falling off the bone when they were done. I plan to try the sauce on a brisket and as a marinade for chicken. Excellent!
