Donna's Special Bbq Sauce& Ribs

- 4 pounds boneless beef short ribs, cut into 4-inch long pieces shopping list
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon black pepper shopping list
- FOR THE BBQ SAUCE shopping list
- 1 cup ketchup shopping list
- 3/4 cup brown sugar , packed shopping list
- 1-1/2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar shopping list
- 1-1/2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1-1/2 tablespoons of dried mustard seed powder shopping list
- 1-1.2 teaspoons chili powder shopping list
- 3./4 teaspoons garlic powder shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees F
- Season the short ribs all over with salt and pepper.
- Then arrange in a 13x9 baking dish
- Combine all the ingrediants for the BBQ Sauce in a small bowl and stir
- Pour 1/3 of the sauce over the short ribs. Using tongs flip the ribs over and spoon another 1/3 of the sauce over the top. Reserve the remaining sauce to spoon over the cooked ribs.
- cover the pan with aluminum foil and raost for 2-1/2 hours.
- Remove the foil.
- Spoon the remaining sauce over the meet and cook for 30 more minutes.
- transfer the ribs to a serving platter.
