Porridge With Cinnamon And Molasses

- 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats shopping list
- 3 cups milk or water( i use lactose free milk) shopping list
- Molasses to taste shopping list
- cinnamon to taste shopping list
- Walnuts shopping list
How to make it
- Combine oats and milk in a saucepan with a lid
- bring to a gentle boil, cover and simmer until thick 10-15 min.
- Stir it a couple of times to make sure it does not stick.
- Spoon into bowls
- Pour over a bit of milk, a drizzle or molasses and
- a sprinkle of cinnamon
- Walnuts make a tasty,healthy addition.
- You can make this with water but i like using milk.
- I find the milk makes it creamier.
