How to make it

  • Combine oats and milk in a saucepan with a lid
  • bring to a gentle boil, cover and simmer until thick 10-15 min.
  • Stir it a couple of times to make sure it does not stick.
  • Spoon into bowls
  • Pour over a bit of milk, a drizzle or molasses and
  • a sprinkle of cinnamon
  • Walnuts make a tasty,healthy addition.
  • You can make this with water but i like using milk.
  • I find the milk makes it creamier.
