Papaya Oyster Chicken Pancit Stir Fry

- 1 cup chopped onions shopping list
- 4 garlic cloves grated shopping list
- 1/2 papaya scraped by spoon shopping list
- 1 large corn cub kernels chopped from the cub shopping list
- 1 sweet potato size of your palm chopped in circles shopping list
- 2 saba bananas chopped in half circles shopping list
- 2 small chilis shopping list
- 1 cup kalabasa squash cubed shopping list
- 3 small red tomatoes grated shopping list
- 1/3 cup cabbage chopped shopping list
- 1/3 cup string or green beans chopped shopping list
- 3 small bell peppers ( two red one green) shopping list
- juice from 4 kalamansi or 1 tablespoon lemon juice shopping list
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar shopping list
- 3 tablespoons medium soy - unsalted shopping list
- 1 cube chicken broth shopping list
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce shopping list
- 2 cups cubed chicken breasts shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon curry shopping list
- 1 pack of 150 grams eggnoodles shopping list
- 1/2 cup water shopping list
How to make it
- 1 Saute your onions till golden then drop your tomatoes to prevent onions from turning black and drop the soy, vinegar, oyster sauce, spices, chicken broth cube, salt, lemon or kalamansi juice.Let mixture boil for 2 mins
- 2- lower your fire to medium and drop the squash, sweet potato, bell peppers,beans, chili, chicken breast. Let these saute for 4 minutes. Then add 1/2 cup water and let simmer for 8 minutes then drop the beans, saba bananas, papaya, cabbage, garlic and corn. let these simmer for 7 more minutes
- 3- Now lower your fire more and drop your noodles and mix well and let this cook nicely for 5 more minutes. Once you see no more water in your pan and noodles were dressed, turn off the fire and serve.
