How to make it

  • 1 Saute your onions till golden then drop your tomatoes to prevent onions from turning black and drop the soy, vinegar, oyster sauce, spices, chicken broth cube, salt, lemon or kalamansi juice.Let mixture boil for 2 mins
  • 2- lower your fire to medium and drop the squash, sweet potato, bell peppers,beans, chili, chicken breast. Let these saute for 4 minutes. Then add 1/2 cup water and let simmer for 8 minutes then drop the beans, saba bananas, papaya, cabbage, garlic and corn. let these simmer for 7 more minutes
  • 3- Now lower your fire more and drop your noodles and mix well and let this cook nicely for 5 more minutes. Once you see no more water in your pan and noodles were dressed, turn off the fire and serve.
