How to make it

  • Chop & cook bacon, set aside See Photo
  • In bacon drippings cook the scallops, set aside See Photo
  • Slice salmon in half from left to right
  • Sear both sides of each side of each piece of salmon
  • Preheat oven at 375f
  • In a bowl mix softened cream cheese, scallops, spinach, Parmesan cheese, chopped garlic & bacon See Photo
  • On a cookie sheet place bottom piece of seared salmon and spoon mixture on top
  • Place 2nd seared salmon piece on top
  • Bake for 20 mins
