How to make it

  • Using regular blade in the food processor. Add all ingredients (except water). Pulse the food processor for three seconds three times. Just enough to lightly combine the ingredients.
  • With motor on, pour ice water through the sleeve until you see pea-sized, crumbly dough. Poor dough mixture into a cold bowl. Wearing clean non-latex gloves, press to form a ball. Transfer to plastic wrap and form into a ball. Keep dough in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before rolling out.
  • Wearing disposable gloves, Lightly flour 9x12 rectangle. Press dough entire pan. Pierce with fork and fill and bake. (Note: shorten baking time by 10 minutes)
