Ingredients

2 cups sifted all-purpose flour

1/3 cup sugar

1 teaspoon baking powder

½ teaspoon baking soda

½ teaspoon salt

1 cup Grape-Nuts

2 slightly beaten eggs

1 cup orange juice

1 Tablespoon grated orange peel

1/3 cup salad oil or melted shortening

Directions

Stir Grape-Nuts into sifted dry ingredients. Combine eggs, juice, peel and salad oil. Add all at once to dry ingredients, stirring just till moistened. Fill greased muffin pans 2/3 full. Bake in hot oven at 400° F for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 1 dozen muffins.
