Mimi's Bread Machine Cinnamon Rolls

Loving my bread machine to prep dough, this is by far the best recipe for making homemade cinnamon rolls! It is important to have all butter, eggs, and cream cheese at room temperature for best results.
Ingredients
In the bread Machine, add:
- 1 cup milk (heat for one minute in microwave) shopping list
- 1/4 cup warm water (110 degrees) shopping list
- 1/2 cup butter, at room temperature shopping list
- 2 eggs, at room temperature and beaten shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 5 cups bread flour shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon vital wheat gluten shopping list
- 3 teaspoons active dry yeast shopping list
Filling
- 1/2 cup butter, softened (at room temperature) shopping list
- 1 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 4-5 Tablespoons ground cinnamon shopping list
butter/Cream cheese Frosting
- 4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature shopping list
- 1/2 cup butter, softened (at room temperature) shopping list
- 2 cups powdered sugar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon canola oil shopping list
How to make it
- Add all Bread Machine ingredients setting for dough. While dough is processing prepare filling and frosting and set aside (at room temperature). When dough is finished, roll on floured board 15x24 inches. Spread filling mixture out evenly. Roll (hot dog style) and pinch edges and shape roll so it is a cylinder.
- Using a serrated knife, cut 1 1/2 inch slices and place on jelly roll pan lined with parchment paper See Photo. Cover lightly and allow to rise in a warm place for approximately 1 hour. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 18-20 minutes (until lightly tanned).
- Frost while warm and enjoy!
