Crunchy Granola

- For 1 jar shopping list
- • 150 g oatmeal shopping list
- • 50 g almonds shopping list
- • 50 g of hazelnuts shopping list
- • 30 g of cranberries (or Goji berries) shopping list
- • 30 g raisins shopping list
- • 20 g of sunflower seeds shopping list
- • 6 c. to s. agave syrup (or honey) shopping list
- • 2 tbsp. to s. sunflower oil (or coconut oil) shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat your oven to 170 ° C.
- Soak the cranberries and raisins in a bowl of water for a few minutes (to make them swell) and then drain them.
- Crush almonds and hazelnuts.
- In a salad bowl, mix all the ingredients, and finish adding agave syrup and oil. Mix well.
- Place everything on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and put in the oven at 170 ° C for about 30 minutes.
- Let the granola cool, then crumble it in large pieces.
- You can store it in an airtight box or a large jar glass.
