How to make it

  • Slice the beef thinly and combine with the marinade. Let sit for about twenty minutes.
  • Slice the onion and bell pepper thinly
  • Heat a wok or frying pan over medium high heat till smoking
  • Add 1 Tbsp peanut or vegetable oil to the pan and the chili. When the chili turns color, add the beef. Let sit in the pan for about one minute add the vegetables and stir fry until the peppers turn bright green and the onions begin to turn glassy.
  • Add the sauce mixture and stir fry until it begins to cling to the meat and vegetables--about one minute. Serve with white rice.
