How to make it

  • Remove the strings from the snow peas.
  • Slice the chicken into strips
  • Combine each of the ingredients in separate bowls.
  • Put the marinade in a medium sized bowl, add the chicken and mix thoroughly. Set aside for twenty minutes.
  • Heat your wok or frying pan til hot. Add the oil. When it begins to smoke, add the chicken. Stir fry for about 3 minutes. Add the onion mixture and stir fry for a couple of minutes. Then add the snow peas. Stir fry until they turn bright green. Stir the sauce mixture and add it to the pan. Cook until it thickens.
  • Serve with white rice.
