How to make it

  • Thaw chicken pieces.
  • Mix in roasting bag, soup mix powder,and juice drained from pineapple made up to 1 cup with water.
  • Add chicken, pineapple and sauce.
  • Tie bag loosely.
  • Stand in shallow dish and bake at 180o C for 1 hour. (Turn bag after 30 mins to coat pieces with sauce.
  • Serve on rice, noodles, or with vegetables.
