How to make it

  • Salt and pepper both sides of the pork chops.
  • Combine the flour, salt and black pepper. Dip each side of the pork chops in the flour mixture, being sure to coat completely.
  • Heat the oil over medium to medium-high heat. Add the butter. when the oil mix is hot and butter melted, add no more than 4 chops to the pan at a time, being sure not to overlap them. Cook them for about 2 minutes on one side before flipping them. Continue cooking for a minute or two until chops are golden brown. The meat should not be pink when done.
  • When done, set them on a paper bag / paper towel to drain while cooking the rest.
  • Options: If you like spicy, you could add Cayenne pepper or tabasco sauce.
  • Enjoy!
