How to make it

  • Rice noodles : boil water with a drop or two of rice vinegar an sesame seed oil when water comes to a rapid boil turn off an put rice noodles in to the water and stir occasionally while it sits for about 11minutes then rinse in cool water set aside / in a skillet put some sesame oil about one tablespoon an a couple drops of rice vinegar / have your shrimp season with your favorite ( I use unsalted season bc of shrimp ) I also put some soy sauce which is salty I use a couple tablespoons / set aside/ I slice some bell pepper onion - - which these are optional also optional is broccoli an carrots in the skillet with sesame oil I sauté onion bell peppers an any other like carrot broccoli until half tender to my liking / then I add shrimp to this mixture once the shrimp are cooked which is about 8-10 minutes all at a med heat / I remove place in a bowl / then in same skillet I put noodles an add alittle soy sauce an sauté noodles for about 10 minutes .. this part is done .
  • Now to dress your plates
  • One plate place rice noodles an shrimp with veggies
