Mashed Potato Soup

- 4 cups chicken broth shopping list
- 1 cup cooked turkey, cut in bite size pieces shopping list
- 2 carrots, slice thin shopping list
- 1 stalk celery, diced shopping list
- 1/2 onion, sliced OR 2 white pearl onions, Quartered shopping list
- 1 cup leftover mashed Yukon potatoes ( more can be used if needed) made with real cream shopping list
- Rosemary, garlic, and onion powder to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Heat broth.
- Add carrots, celery, onion, and turkey. Cook over medium heat until veggies are done and heated through.
- Mix in mashed potatoes and spices until the soup is creamy and simmer, stirring constantly, to thicken the broth.
- Add chopped chives to garnish when ready to serve.
