How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  • Spray a 9x13 baking pan/dish
  • Boil elbow macaroni until soft. Pour in drainer and let sit.
  • In same pot, melt one stick of butter.
  • Add in flour whisking constantly
  • Slowly add whipping cream and milk
  • Let simmer/boil for about 8 minutes (mixture will become thick)
  • Add in half of your grated cheese
  • Add in your drained, cooked macaroni
  • Pour mixture in baking pan/dish
  • Top with remainder cheese
  • Crush vegetable Ritz crackers very fine and sprinkle on top
  • Cook about 30-45 minutes
