Bread Pudding

I came up with this recipe a night after we buried my sister friends mom. We had left over donuts and i decided to make bread pudding with them It is now our family signature bread pudding . hope you guys will enjoy
Ingredients
- 3 large eggs, beaten shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups sugar( if I don’t have one can of condensed milk ) shopping list
- One box of cooking type of vanilla pudding shopping list
- 2 tablespoons light brown sugar shopping list
- 1 tbsp cinnamon shopping list
- 1/4 cup butter, melted shopping list
- 2 3/4 cups whipping cream shopping list
- 2cups of half an half shopping list
- One an half dozen of donuts ... shopping list
How to make it
- Set oven on to bake @ 375 for 50 -55 minutes ..
- some ovens vary .. just make sure it’s cooked sort of like a cake but not dry ..
- In a large glass baking dish
- Spray with bakers joy
- I use kitchen scissors an cut up donuts into small bite size pieces into baking dish
- In another bowl I mix all Ingredients an pour over bite size donuts
- Then I top off with a sprinkle of cinnamon just a little
- In a bowl : mix about
- 2 cups of confectioners sugar
- 1 teaspoon of Rum extract or vanilla if u don’t have rum
- 1/2 stick of melted butter
- About a tsp of milk
- Mix all together
- When your bread is done out oven pour mixture on top ..
- let kool some an serve a little warm .. oh don’t for get the ice cold glass of milk .. lol
