How to make it

  • Cream butter and sugar
  • Add eggs and beat ‘til fluffy
  • Add fruit and bread and mix together with large spoon
  • Put in 9x9 pan and bake at 350F for 50 minutes
  • Delicious hot with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
  • Notes/Tips: -lightly toast/dry the bread so it will absorb more of the liquid
  • -use less sugar if you don’t like it too sweet
  • -add plumped up raisins
  • -add a splash of bourbon to kick it up a notch
  • -cinnamon would be nice
