How to make it

  • Slice kielbasa into small chunks and sauté lightly in olive oil.
  • Chop onions and add to skillet. Saute until softened.
  • Dice potatoes, celery, and carrots and add. Cook over medium heat for about 15 minutes until veggies are almost tender.
  • Add grape tomatoes and canned diced tomatoes.
  • Transfer to a large sauce pan. Add seasonings and bone broth.
