- 5 eggs, cooked scrambled shopping list
- Shrimp, cooked and seasoned w/ soy sauce and pepper shopping list
- Char Siu Pork, cut thinly shopping list
- 4 Garlic cloves, minced shopping list
- 1/2 Onion, minced shopping list
- Ginger, minced shopping list
- 5 Thai chillies, minced shopping list
- 2 Serranos, minced shopping list
- Snap peas, chopped shopping list
- Red bell pepper, sliced shopping list
- Spring onion, chopped small shopping list
- bean sprouts, rinsed shopping list
- Rice noodles, cooked, cooled and snip long strands shopping list
- SAUCE shopping list
- 1 tbsp broth of your choice, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sherry & 1/2 tsp sesame oil shopping list
- SPICES shopping list
- BP, SLT, Chilli, paprika, and ancho powder shopping list
- LOTS of curry powder shopping list
- Dash of sugar shopping list
- Hunan dried pepper shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Saute firmer vegetables with sauce and lightly season. Remove once tender and liquid has evaporated.
- 2. Saute garlic, onions, ginger, peppers and spice mix. Add noodles. Mix thoroughly. Add eggs, vegetables, bean sprouts, spring onions, pork, and shrimp. Toss to combine. Serve.
