- 2/3 cup frozen fruit shopping list
- 1 or 2 tbs frozen or fresh cranberry's optional shopping list
- 1/3 cup cottage cheese shopping list
- 3 tbs heavy cream shopping list
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp thm gluccie shopping list
- 1 cup almond milk shopping list
- 2 to 3 tbs pristine whey protein shopping list
- 1 1/2 to 2 cups ice shopping list
- a swirl of raw honney shopping list
How to make it
- place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth
