Halloween Bat Wings With Drip Sauce

- 12 chicken wings shopping list
- 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce shopping list
- 3 oz. molasses shopping list
- 1/2 cup dark beef stock shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. ginger shopping list
- Drip Sauce: (Makes 3/4 cup) shopping list
- 1/2 cup ketchup shopping list
- 1 tbsp. dark brown sugar shopping list
- 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard shopping list
- 1 tbsp. red wine vinegar shopping list
- 1/2 tbsp. sesame oil shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. hot sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Preaheat oven to 375F.
- Stretch out each chicken wing so it resembles a bat's wing.
- Arrange wings in a greased roasting pan large enough to accommodate them in one layer.
- In a small saucepan, heat soy sauce, molasses, stock and ginger over low heat until molasses has dissolved; pour evenly over wings.
- Bake wings for 30 minutes; turn and bake for 30 minutes more or until sauce is thick and sticky.
- Serve on a plate with drip sauce.
- Drip sauce:
- Combine all ingredients in small saucepan.
- Heat over medium heat until bubbly; stirring occasionally.
- Set aside to cool.
