How to make it

  • Preaheat oven to 375F.
  • Stretch out each chicken wing so it resembles a bat's wing.
  • Arrange wings in a greased roasting pan large enough to accommodate them in one layer.
  • In a small saucepan, heat soy sauce, molasses, stock and ginger over low heat until molasses has dissolved; pour evenly over wings.
  • Bake wings for 30 minutes; turn and bake for 30 minutes more or until sauce is thick and sticky.
  • Serve on a plate with drip sauce.
  • Drip sauce:
  • Combine all ingredients in small saucepan.
  • Heat over medium heat until bubbly; stirring occasionally.
  • Set aside to cool.
