How to make it

  • Whisk together all the ingredients excepting the vegetables.
  • Shred the vegetables and pour in to a large bowl.
  • Pour the dressing over top and fold in. I use chopsticks.
  • Refrigeration for at least an hour improves the flavour.
  • Keeps well.
