Ingredients

  • DANDELION JELLY Yield: 4 4 ounce Jars shopping list
  • 1cup dandelions (yellow parts) shopping list
  • 2 cups water shopping list
  • Boil yellow parts of the dandelion in water for minutes. Pour through strainer. Reserve 3/4 cup of strained liquid. shopping list
  • 3/4 cup boiled liquid shopping list
  • 3 teaspoons pectin shopping list
  • 2 drops vanilla shopping list
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice shopping list
  • 11/2 cups sugar shopping list
  • Pour boiled liquid back into pan and stir together with pectin, vanilla and lemon juice. Bring to a boil. Pour in sugar and stir. Boil low medium for minutes. Pour into jars, wipe rim and cover with lid. Let sit to solidify. shopping list
