Orange Ricotta Pancakes Recipe

How to make it

  • 1. Massage sugar and zest in small bowl until oils are released and aromatic. Set aside.
  • 2. Whisk dry ingredients now.
  • 3. Whisk egg whites until white and frothy, add in whole egg and whisk.
  • 4. Add in remaining wet ingredients aside from ricotta.
  • 5. Whisk ricotta in and stir in dry ingredients.
  • 6. Stir sugar/zest (and chocolate chips if including)
  • 7. Spray pan with grapeseed oil and on medium heat cook pancakes.
  • 8. Serve with syrup, sugar, orange slices, and confectioners sugar.
