Sardine Pasta

- 4 Large Garlic cloves, finely chopped shopping list
- 2 Fine Chillies, finely chopped shopping list
- 1 Small Shallot, finely chopped shopping list
- Sardines in sunflower oil (120g) shopping list
- Seasonings of your choice (chili flakes, cayenne pepper, black pepper, dried oregano, basil, etc.) shopping list
- Angel hair pasta, cooked (half a box) shopping list
- 1/2 cup of seasoned breadcrumbs of your choice shopping list
- Oregano (leaves only) and any other fresh herbs you have shopping list
- arugula shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Boil water and cook pasta. This will cook very quickly.
- 2. Remove sardines from tin and roughly chop. Set aside
- 3. Use oil in sardine tin to sautee garlic, chillies, and shallot.
- 3. Add sardines and seasoning and sautee.
- 4. Add drained and cooked pasta to sardines and toss with some fresh herbs.
- 5. When serving add breadcrumbs, additional herbs and arugula. Enjoy!
