How to make it

  • Thinly slice the beetroot and arrange on the bread. At that point, cut the bread with the beetroot on top, into squares, trying to make them all the same.
  • Then add the sliced dried tomatoes and a few strips of onion. If you have time, caramelize the beetroot in a small pan.
