How to make it

  • STEP 1 :
  • Start by mixing the sugar with light sherbet and peanut butter In a pot over a stove. Then cover over a medium temperature until it begins to boil with constant. And please stir so that the sugar does not burn.
  • STEP 2 :
  • Now that is boiled, take it from the stove. Add the vanilla and cornflakes to it at this stage. Make sure to stir well until it is completely mixed.
  • STEP 3 :
  • Lift the mixture onto parchment paper with an ice cream spoon and form medium size cookies.
  • STEP 4 :
  • Always leave to cool completely for about 20 to 30 minutes. Immediately serve & ENJOY !!

  • I am not sure which one this recipe wants you to use, in the ingredients it say 1 cup sorbet and in the directions it say 1 cup sherbet. They are different.
