Hamburger Potato Casserole

- 1 pound of hamburger shopping list
- 3 cups peeled and thinly sliced potatoes (about 4 medium potatoes) shopping list
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped onion shopping list
- 3/4 cup milk shopping list
- Salt to taste shopping list
- Pepper to taste shopping list
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar chesse shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- In a medium skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, drain
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup, onion, milk, salt and pepper to taste.
- Get a 11x7 in baking dish and spray with non stick spray
- Alternately layer the potatoes, spoon some of the soup mixture over all the potatoes, then a layer of meat. and repeat layers.
- Cover dish with foil to Bake in the oven for 1 & 30 minutes, or until potatoes are tender..
- then take dish out and spread 1 cup of Cheddar cheese atop of it.
- bake uncovered the remained of time till cheese melts. about 10 minutes
- let set for 15 when your casserole is done to set up
