How to make it

  • Place the pineapple bits and juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, bell pepper, thighs, and red onion in a large bowl.
  • Season with Black Pepper and Pink Himalayan Salt.
  • Mix it well.
  • Put lid on the bowl.
  • Set in the fridge.
  • Let set over night for flavors to blend.
  • Place the mixture in the crock pot the next morning.
  • Cover.
  • Cook about 6 to 7 h on medium.

  • About 30 minutes before serving make up some Fried Rice.
  • Serve chicken over the rice!!!

  • I am thinking that a thing of Strawberry Glaze and a small thing of Strawberries - cut up fine, could replace the Pineapple and Juice, so I could have Strawberry Chicken!!!
