Bacon Wrapped Pickles

I LOVE Dill PIckles and I love dill pickle anything. Found this recipe on 'Delish' recently and made it up. Winner, Winner, Pickle Dinner!!!! :) I made mine with mini Garlic dills but it'd be good with the regular size of dill pickles as well. Ingredients
- 18 mini dill pickles shopping list
- 1 4 oz. block of cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1 clove garlic, minced shopping list
- 12 slices bacon, cut into thirds shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Halve pickles and scoop out centers (I used a small paring knife and an egg spoon. It is fiddly) Discard centers.
- In a small bowl, stir together cream cheese, cheddar, and garlic until combined.
- Spoon mixture into pickles and wrap with a cut slice of bacon.
- Transfer to a baking sheet and bake until mixture is warm and bacon is crispy, about 20 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
