How to make it

  • Place water and orange juice in a large saucepan.
  • Bring to a boil on high heat.
  • Add sugar, and continue until the mixture boils.
  • Continue on high, and add Cranberries and spices.
  • Once, the mixture is boiling again, lower heat to low and simmer until Cranberries burst.
  • Stir occasionally and continue simmering until the liquid is about halved (approximately 20 minutes).
  • Remove from heat and allow to cool.
  • Place in a heat-proof container, optimally with a lid. Refrigerate.
  • The cooled mixture should be consistent with any of fruit jelly.
