  • How to make it:
  • Prep the onions first.
  • Cut off the roots.
  • Cut the tops off one to two inches above where they start to
  • branch out.
  • Take off the outer layer of the onion.
  • Wash them and set aside on paper towels.
  • Take one of the paper thin slices of lunch meat and lay it out.
  • On the one half of the meat spread a very thin layer of the
  • cream cheese.
  • So you end up with a rectangle of just meat and a rectangle
  • of meat and cheese.
  • Place one of the green onions on the side of the prepared meat
  • - the cream cheese side, with the cut root end in the middle
  • of the meat slice, or at the divide between the 2 rectangles.
  • Fold the bottom half of the meat up over the onion.
  • Roll the onion/meat so all of the meat is all rolled up.
  • Use a dab of cream cheese to hold the meat in place.
  • These are very pretty with the green ends sticking out to hold
  • onto.
  • These go great around the outside of the veggie tray.
  • OR, IF you have made the Cheese Ball recipe I posted, or any
  • cheese ball honestly, place them around the ball with the
  • meat end towards the ball and the green ends sticking out,
  • makes them easy to pick up!
  • And it's really pretty!
