Ingredients

How to make it

  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
  • Do NOT add oil to your water.
  • The oil coats the noodles and gives your sauce nothing to hold onto.
  • Add the seasonings and noodles.
  • You may change up the seasoning to suit you, these are just what I used...
  • Cook until tender - OR - Al dente.
  • Drain and rinse with cool / cold water.
  • This stops the cooking process.

  • In cheap little fold over sandwich bags, place 1/2 cup of noodles.
  • Press all of the air out.
  • I kind of push the noodles to the bottom of the bag,
  • then roll it up and pull the flap over all of it.
  • I place these into a gallon size freezer bag to keep them
  • from freezer burn.
  • Place in freezer.
  • I kept them in the door of the freezer for easy access.

  • When ready to use, take out one bag of noodles,
  • microwave for 1 minute.
  • Pour into bowl.
  • Add 1/2 cup chopped frozen spinach, or other veggies, if you prefer.
  • 1 tablespoon favorite sauce (white or red),
  • I use 2 Tablespoons now....
  • 1 chopped up cooked / baked chicken thigh / breast.
  • Microwave until warm.
  • Enjoy!

  • NOTE:
  • Do NOT add oil to the water, when you use oil you coat
  • the outside of the pasta and the sauce has nothing
  • to cling to.
  • I like my noodles to hold the sauce, not let it sink to the bottom of my bowl.
