Sweet Potatoes

- Serves 6
This is the recipe I used for Yule in 2008. Its different in taste for us but it was still good.
Ingredients
- 6 medium sweet potatoes, washed peeled, and sliced shopping list
- 1/2 cup butter, real butter, softened shopping list
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, you can use stevia, or a brown sugar stevia shopping list
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon, ground shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg, ground shopping list
- 1/8 cup chopped pecans, optional shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all of the above except pecans.
- Put into a pie pan.
- Sprinkle with pecans.
- Try making candies pecans, to put on top!!!
- Bake at 350 f for 30 minutes.

- NOTE:
- Now, in my life, I would bake / microwave the the sweet potatoes, and peel them after they are cooked and cooled off.
- Why work so hard at peeling them before you cook them...
- Then just follow direction.
- It probably will not have to cook a s long since the sweet potatoes are pre-cooked...

- I may use oats, mixed with some butter and brown sugar instead of pecans.
- I only have a few teeth left and I hate eating with my fake ones in...
