How to make it

  • Heat a non-stick pan on low heat.
  • ~
  • While pan is heating:
  • Peel the bananas and place them in a food processor or blender.
  • Add all other ingredients and blend, be careful not to over blend.
  • ~
  • When you sprinkle a few drops of water on the pan, and it sizzles, the pan is ready to use.
  • ~
  • Pour 1/4 cup batter onto the pan and cook until you notice bubbles forming on the top side of the pancake. When most of the top side is covered in bubbles, flip the pancake (approximately 1 to 1 1/2 minutes).
  • Flip and cook the second side for approximately 1 - 1 1/2 minutes.

  • NOTES:
  • Do NOT use Raw Honey, the heat will kill all the good for you stuff in it anyway, so pasteurized is fine here... AND less expensive!
